Joanna Delegan
Joanna has a Bachelor of Science dual degree in Forest Management and Forest Ecosystem Restoration and Management from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. She is a full-member of the National Association of Consulting Foresters (ACF), and serves as the vice-chair of the growing Wisconsin-ACF Chapter.

As a Society of American Foresters (SAF) Certified Forester, Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) Technical Service Provider (TSP), a Wisconsin DNR Certified Plan Writer (CPW), and an inspector for the American Tree Farm System, Joanna's commitment to forestry consulting stands out. Her extensive credentials and hands-on experience underscore her passion for sustainable forestry and land management. She excels in leveraging her specialized knowledge and extensive experience on both public and private lands, to implement complex projects across forested landscapes.
Joanna is a dedicated business owner and devoted mother. She actively engages in her community, enjoying volunteering and connecting with others through service. When she's not tromping around the woods, she enjoys playing the piano, reading, gardening, and spending time with family.
Joanna and Mike own and manage over 170 acres of their own land in northern Wisconsin, where the roots of Heritage Family Forestry truly take hold.

As a Forester, and Co-Owner of HFF Mike enjoys watching the results of his hard work implemented and helping landowners of all sizes recognize and exceed their management goals and objectives. Mike also holds the CPW certification and is always looking for new ways to serve clients.
Mike enjoys spending time with his family through the gamut of recreational opportunities northern Wisconsin has to offer.
Mike is an active father, volunteer, leader, and hard working man of many talents.
