We offer our full-scale timber sale services  that include the delineation of timber harvest boundaries, completion of  harvest inventory (timber cruise/appraisal) to determine estimated values and volumes, the development of a professional timber sale map, and the correspondence and communications with  prospective bidders and qualified logging operators. 

We also prepare the logging contract, file required state and county permits to ensure regulatory  compliance, complete load reconciliation and payment processing, and complete final inspections upon completion of harvest. We offer comprehensive forest and land management mapping solutions, utilizing the latest in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software. We create digital geo-referenced maps (compatible with android and IOS devices) of your private woodland or favorite recreational public use area. Our clients and collaborators appreciate the professional and detailed maps that we create, and rely upon them  not only for navigational purposes, but for implementing complex management practices.  Consider special ordering a large-scale map of your property to gift or hang at hunting camp!

Individual tree care and landscape plant health care solutions including insect and disease treatment, tree preservation, and landscape plan implementation and design.  Proactive disease management and cultural control can improve the health and vigor of trees predisposed to stress, which can trigger infestation by deadly insect and disease pathogens. We use the latest technology, along with best available research, to treat your trees to mitigate risk of death from diseases such as the Oak Wilt fungus, Two-lined Chestnut Borer, or Emerald Ash Borer. We provide tree health assessments, and can develop a treatment plan to reduce risk of disease  impact and mortality. 

• Planting trees, shrubs, and herbaceous plants that are beneficial to wildlife is a key way to improve habitat. 
• Removing invasive species: Invasive plants can out-compete native plants and reduce the diversity of natural plant communities.

There are several carbon programs that are available to woodland owners that can provide a passive income from your woodland. We have the experience and knowledge of the market eligibility standards to offer consultation regarding your options .  We offer our inventory and data collection services to organizations and landowners looking for detail oriented professionals  that have the  precision and accuracy that exceeds  the satisfaction of third-party verifications.  We've completed projects supporting carbon inventories across the continent!

Technical service Providers (TSPs) work on behalf of the landowner to offer planning, design, and implementation services that meets the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) criteria. The Conservation Activity Plans (CAP) are for landowners who have or are interested in applying for cost share assistance with the NRCS.  This assistance  can help with tree planting, erosion control, forest management planning, reforestation, invasive species mitigation, and habitat development.

We have experience to better assist with varying permitting processes in relation to forest management activities.  We follow the Best Management Practices (BMPS) that help protect and prevent resource damage, and if needed can provide assistance with WI DNR CH. 30 Waterway & Wetland Permits.
